Smooth Salmon Marinade

Ingredients:
pulpy juice of 6 medium lemons
3 heaping tsps pure, prepared horseradish (not in a base sauce)
2 tsps dried tarragon

Preparation:
Mix together above ingredients and use it to marinate (covered) up to 4 lbs. of salmon in refrigerator for 24 hours or so. Turn the salmon, occasionally, to marinate evenly.
